Welcome to FulFillHer Academy. By enrolling in our programs, classes, or mentorship services, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Program Access – Your enrollment grants you access to the specific course(s) or sessions you purchase. Access is for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
Scheduling – Mentorship sessions must be scheduled in advance. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled without at least 24 hours’ notice.
Intellectual Property – All course materials, workbooks, and resources are the property of FulFillHer and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Results Disclaimer – While we provide mentorship and resources, your personal and business results depend on your own effort and actions. No guarantees of income or success are made.
Termination – We reserve the right to revoke access if terms are violated, without refund.

Privacy Policy

At FulFillHer Academy, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information Collected – We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you enroll in a program.
How We Use Information – To provide program access, process payments, send updates, and improve our services.
Data Protection – We use secure third-party platforms (such as Stripe, Wix, or ThriveCart) to process payments and protect your personal data.
Third Parties – We do not sell or trade your information. Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers (payment processors, scheduling apps) solely for program delivery.
Your Rights – You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at fulfillhermentorship@gmail.com.

We want you to feel confident in your investment. Please read carefully:

Courses & Digital Products – All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the materials, no refunds are available once access is granted.
Mentorship Programs – Payments for 1:1 mentorship are non-refundable once the program begins. If you need to discontinue, you may request to pause and resume later, subject to approval.
Workshops/Classes – Refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the scheduled class. After that, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations/Reschedules – If FulFillHer cancels a session or program, you will be offered either a reschedule or a full refund.
Commitment Reminder – FulFillHer programs are an investment in your growth. We encourage mentees to commit fully to the process for best results.
